Tyra Spencer at this bank is the easiest to work with. She is very kind, very professional and highly recommend her to anyone she is the best!!!
Horrible customer service they will not release your fund you deposited until after 9-14 business days that includes you debt card to your account and yet never reveal that information on any paperwork they give you also there consistently breaking federal law on how long it’s able to be held and they lie about policy to who ever is on the phone three different people called three different times got three different answers to the same question over all worst experience I have ever had and will not be returning
