My mother absolutely loves Magnolia Senior Living! This is the reason I give it 5 stars. The staff is loving, caring, and attentive to Mom's needs. The facility has the feel of home and is well maintained. Mom enjoys the daily activities and balanced meals. The residents are all delightful. I was referred to Magnolia by a good friend and feel the strong need to pass on to others. In less than a week my mother was calling Magnolia her home. I highly recommend this exceptional place!
My father was unfortunately at this facility for several years. They are severely understaffed and the place smells like urine from the minute you walk in the door. Repeated complaints to the director Amethyst Shepard are met with deaf ears. Do yourself and your loved a favor and avoid this place. Unprofessional in every way.
My mom has been a resident at Magnolia Loganville since December 2024, and her experience there has been very positive. The staff is caring and attentive to the needs of each resident, creating an inviting environment. A wide variety of daily activities keeps her engaged and active.
