If you have a choice in companies to service your breathalyzer do NOT choose this one. I had to wait 15 minutes to even be greeted by anyone while waiting in the lobby to be serviced. I told them my car battery had been acting up since I’ve gotten it installed and the man made sure my car would start up when I went to leave. I go to pull off and they stop me to pay.
