Very disappointed in office staff. We have been waiting six weeks for papers Dr Goel is to sign for our son to finish his immigration papers. I have called, son had called we have been hung up on and told repeatedly that the doctor had other patients our sons family is the only one. etc. I was called rude when I was not! ( I definitely could be rude I’d need be! ) All our son had to do was go to health department to get vaccines they did not offer there, then doctor sign the four forms they have. Unbelievable!
Great place with genuine people who really listen and care. I have been a patient since March and I’m convinced this team is one of the best around the city

Very disappointed. Had work related injuries. I was taken care of. Then refered to a pulmonary doctor. I keep getting the run around about work excuse extension. Told both I'm not 100%. Pulmonary doctor sent me back to Magnolia medical clinic. They told me their hands was tied. So I'm going back to work still hurt and injured and not cleared in my opinion. Sometimes I really hate how new doctors and NP don't care about the patient. They sure are getting our insurance money. I hope that I don't have a flare up returning injur... read more
Mrs Caroline walker is the best, the environment is awesome well was till they hired this one lady as a receptionist she is rude and she needs to learn how to talk to people!!! You just don't disrespect another personbecause you feel you got a little authority everytime I go there. It is peaceful but when that one receptionist is there she talks crazy to everyone guess that's the upside to it she does it to everyone!!!!
