My loved one passed away at this facility and her CNA, RN and whoever else was part of care team allowed an elderly person with dementia and brain cancer to give away all her jewelry. This includes wedding ring, bracelets and as a healthcare provider this is theft. When calling facility you cannot even get through. I would like to resolve this situation by the staff members returning jewelry that was passed down generations. Also, I would like them to held accountable for their actions.

This place was by far the worst place we could have ever had to put my uncle. Items were stolen from his room, including money, cigarettes, and clothing, and the administrator never did anything about it and would not follow up with family in a timely manner. I would take this to her bosses and nothing would get done. We had even had meetings and she would make sure to stay away and out of those meetings when it concerned her facility and her resident. Clean place, staff is friendly and the people look like they are healthy and happy being there.
