RecommendedMy mama has been there for 5 years. She gets excellent care. They are very good to get & the family.
DO NOT put your loved one here! They don’t take care of their patients like they should. Every single CNA there should do their job as if the patient is their Mama or Daddy! If you can’t do that then get a job elsewhere. Stop snatching the patients and give them their medication!!!!
RecommendedI feel safer knowing that this place has gotten rid of a known racist employee. the employee I speak of is also a felon that had a history of abusing women and children. good job him. I hope that you really screen your employees in the future. if my mother in law or father in law wants to come back I hope u will allow them to. they hated that employee. because he was always rude and mean to them because my husband and they are black
This place is horrible! Roaches thieves and sorry nurses! Nurses are rude...very rude! Roaches hanging out like the hang out spot! And thieves.... a lady broke down crying because her first day here not even 8hours her valuables was stolen!
Hey don’t take care of their patients!!! They are rude! Imagine if I can see the treatment while I’m there visiting... I’d hate to see how they are treated while we are away!!!

My mom and dad lived at magnolia manor for several years, they were very happy there, staff was very caring and loving. They were always treated like family. I felt very comfortable having them living there because I felt that the care that they were given was like they would have treated their family. Very clean and well maintained at all times. Our parents moved into Magnolia Manor on the Coast in 2006. The first few years were wonderful, but then the administration changed and became inaccessible when problems arose. On several occasions, family wasn't notified when our Mom fell. Black mold grew in her A/C unit, which was only cleaned twice since they lived there. If you have a loved one there, please check their units for mold!!! Jewelry was stolen from her room in Independent Living right after she died.
