This not-for-profit Georgia Corporation was chartered in 1959, and it is recognized by the IRS as a charitable, 501(c)(3) organization. We are committed to the highest values of the Christian faith in all of our work and ministry. Our heritage is founded in the Methodist church, but our service is ecumenical.

I would like the thank Magnolia Manor of St. Simons for their care of the residents. I witnessed first hand the quality and care they give each person.
I recently had the opportunity to visit this campus and was very impressed. The staff seemed so friendly, compassionate, and created a great atmosphere for their residents.
The St. Simons Magnolia Manor staff is so friendly and welcoming when I visit! You can tell they truly care for the residents!
The place needs to be cleaned a good deep clean! Yes the staff very nice, but the building is old and a little paint goes a long way! Carpet and paint!
Hi, I’m an an employee at magnolia manor (cottages) I just want to say I’m loving the new changes. The place is looking amazing I was an employee for 7 yrs then returned and it’s been an amazing experience. I over love the residents especially my night owls who are up with me on my 12 hr shift.Believe it or not it’s never a dull moment overnight lol.
