The care home is modern and has lovely surroundings but not diverse making it not suitable for people of colour
Excellent care in a clean, light and airy environment. Rooms are well equipped with private bathrooms and call buttons. Staff are very attentive 24 hours a day. Food is of very good quality. Very secure with access control. On site lounges including a bar and a very pleasant dining room.

Staff are rude
Our Dear Friend has been in Magnolia House a while now and from the first time my wife and I visited him and that some 3 times now as we live 100 miles away, we sensed how warm and welcoming it is, yesterday the 14th February our Dear Friends wife visited her Husband in the home and we have to Congratulate all the staff for taking the time to make Valentines Day special for Both of them. Absolutely Beautiful ❤️🙏 Well Done Magnolia House Staff👍
