We came in one afternoon about 45 minutes before closing time. It was clear that we were bothering the sales associates, and they were ready to go home. We quickly picked furniture and purchased a set despite their lack of enthusiasm. If I were the owner of this place, I would want to know that my sales associates do not care at all if they sell furniture or not. We realized once we got home, that we would rather not have one of the pieces of the outdoor set we had picked up. But apparently this store does not accept returns... read more

Folks working at Magnolia House are incredible to include the delivery folks. We purchase a recliner in August it was very comfortable for the first month, then the padding began to fail, I called Magnolia House and spoke to the owner fully expecting him to say, "contact the manufacture, it's a warranty issue". I was pleasantly surprised when he stated that they would contact the manufacturer and it would be taken care of. They ordered the new padding and their upholsterer would do the work.
