Amazing rates on loans. I have all my loans through Magnolia on auto pay with direct deposit. It's so nice having everything on one app. The employees are always very helpful anytime I need to make a change to a payment or do a transaction. I love having local people who answer the phone without putting me on hold.
The customer service has never been an issue but the online banking website never works. You can never check your account information online because it is saying the site is in maintenance mode or even call over the phone to check your balances because it saying you have not set your account up to receive information over the phone. We have been in the branch several times to get help logging into our accounts but even the representative could figure it out.
If you have ANY other banking options than Magnolia Federal, I emphatically suggest you use a different bank. The manager at the Yandell Rd branch deposited a check for my wife into savings rather than checking without my wife being aware. She wrote a few checks that of course bounced due to the funds being in the incorrect account. The branch and manager refused to make it right, placing the blame on my wife, even refusing to call us back, making us call and track her down over the course of this week.
