My experience with Hettig Management was at Orchard Park Willowbrook where the facility had every imaginable amenity and a very friendly caring office staff and capable maintained crew. They kept the elevators running, the parking, uncluttered, and the pool sparkling. Every time I needed something the office staff was very helpful to get it or help me find the answers I needed. This is the rudest company with the worse customer service ever. They do not do their job. They yell at clients and the receptionist that answers the phone will absolutely yell at you for just asking her for directions.
My 11and a half years being at Magnolia Estates apps has been good. Management and staff are professional and caring for their tenants. Property is well kept and trash free 10 plus and some. RIGHT ON YA'LL!
Bully allowed to management senior complex, Hettig Kahn does nothing about the mistreatment
