I’m not sure where to begin. I dropped two chairs off in April of 2021 to be reupholstered. Sharon promised to have them finished by Mothers Day. After months of slow/no replies, she said she would have them finished in October, then November. Finally, in December she decided to start responding to texts/calls to say that she didn’t have enough fabric for the second chair. She wanted me to use a different type of fabric for the second chair. (Who wants his & her chairs that don’t match?) Finally, I asked to pick up my chairs... read more
The ladies here didn't listen to what I was asking for. I tried in person and over the phone. Still like talking to a brick wall. I took my business elsewhere. I don't expect this shop to be open long.
The ladies take the time to make sure they know what you want by getting to know you as a person. I felt like I had family taking care of me.
