Terrible experience. Booked an appointment for lash fills at this spa (hadn't been here before, just moved) and waited 40 minutes before I was seen. Staff were all very friendly. Once I got in the room, the lash technician used lash pads, which I was used to, except they felt like they were old and/or dried out. They didn't stick at all to my skin and it was very uncomfortable. Next, the lash tech spent 15 minutes trying to open the glue and didn't have the supplies ready.
