You should only send loved ones here if you don't love them. They seem to have no issue leaving a wheelchair bound resident locked in a hot van for several hours. They should just be thankful he didnt die. Shameful.
The home neglected Donald McKeen. The man was left in the back of the transport van for several hours. Why did the home not call the family until almost 8 hours later that he hadn’t returned home. This is disgusting.
Saw the video of a resident almost dying from being left in a mobility van FOR 8 HOURS. Avoid this place!
