Changed locks on my daughter's apartment while she was still paying and then tried to overcharge. Absolutely impossibly to get return call from Home Office or community level. Do not do business w this group.
Every time I contact them, I am sent to voicemail. When I finally spoke with someone, she gave me the wrong number and I have yet to speak with someone after 40 times calling. Highly suggest you do not do business with this company because they will leave you running all over the place.
