I was contacted by an unknown company talking about VA cashout refi. After the individual got my information, I was transferred to a Ms. Courtlynn Johnson with Magnolia Bank. She went on the spend more than an hour on the phone with me talking about my financial needs, financial history, my military service, and did a "soft" credit pull to see if I was eligible for a number of programs that they offer even though I told her that I would consider a home equity loan.
