State needed to be called in. Substandard living conditions. Missing medication. Not feeding nutritious food. Had to buy most things myself when rent was whole paycheck. Had to have roommate. No privacy. Almost no planned activities. Mostly sat watching TV and it was controlled. People died of what I seen as preventable sickness. Poop everywhere in rooms and halls. Furniture peed all over. They are not pet friendly. They are not fluffy people friendly either. Most staff isn't friendly. Some staff was nice.
