Kelsey is representing my husband's ex who is basically committing parental kidnapping. We have been in contact with Kelsey who said she would send us paperwork that was needed for the case, never did. Since then we have called(multiple times and left messages with no return phone call), we have drove out to her office to find no one there(this was before the closing of the doors and we left a note on the door, still no return contact) and have emailed as well.
