Worst place ever. My husband went there to get his physical exam and took l3 hours to get checked. They said the results were ready five days after that and when we went there the lady told us she didn’t have the key to unlock the office where they had it and we needed to wait for another lady. We went home and them they called my husband saying the results were ready and he gets there and they said they were not ready, and he needed to get another vaccine (the vaccine he got on his first time there) but they didn’t wrote it... read more
My mom came because of a recommendation, but I really don't like the customer service, it is extremely rude and it takes 1 to 2 hours to be served. terrible.
Mi doctora primaria sigue siendo la Dra Aracely Amador. Me queda lejos de mi direccion de habitacion, pero es una persona atenta, que busca atenderlo a uno y prestar atención, busca siempre soluciones y siempre lo mejor para el paciente. Todo el personal es muy amable, receptivo, paciente y responsable.
Excellent service
They are by far worse than a hospital. Wait time with an appointment is 2-3 hours. Don’t waste your time. They have a lot of young girls working there chatting (incompetent)instead of working. Don’t schedule anything after three because the doctor won’t be there. I waited three hours to see doctor for follow up appointment to go over test results. Instead, the doctor left and had a young girl go over my test results. Also, the urine test I gave was nowhere to be found. They made me take another urine sample. Also, don’t pay ... read more
