Closed my account today after banking with CMCU/Magnifi for over 10 years. Every time I need something it’s a complete hassle, I went elsewhere for my credit card and car loan with no issues. Disappointing to have to do so when I’ve paid off 2 car loans through them previously. I tried to open my business account here last week and they were too busy to even get back to me, even when I set up a phone appointment I wasted time waiting for a call I didn’t get. I use to never have as many problems with this bank company until the last year. Every time I try to pay my bills, my card gets locked. They tell me it's because it's marked as "suspicious activity" because the bills im paying for are "out of state." They said its preventing fraud and They basically told me the ONLY solution for this is to use my routing number. How incontinent. Have had to get new cards multiple times this past year due to this issue. Bank at your own risk.
