Their engineers specified an incompatible product. When it failed, they refused to offer a warranty. When we purchased replacement parts with the correct material of construction, they shipped the wrong part (wrong density). When I then sent it back because that was the "fastest way to correct it" they said it would be another month. In short, poor engineering, and worse customer support.

Barely any welding it’s all mostly on a rotisserie, low ball starting pay of $18-$20 an hr for a welder that’s just an insult. I bet it was once good but those days are long gone wish I can give a no star

The place is good for gaining experience as an entry level welder. The only negative is their wage scale is outdated. Most places in the surrounding are are starting at $23 an hour. There are guys making $19-20 an hour to weld. You cannot expect someone to afford the cost of living on $20 an hour.
