I’m very happy with Magnetico and their customer service. We bought a king size core pad and UPS lost one of the packages. When I had no answers from UPS, Joan helped me right away, shipped us a new one which came within a week. Magnetico was recommended to us by a doctor and I would recommend this brand to anyone looking for a sleep pad.
