10/18/2025 at 6AM whoever the driver of van #15 in Asheville. Going 25-30MPH over posted speed limit. High beams on, not using turn signal/indicator to change lanes. VERY VERY dangerous for a company that’s supposed to transport handicap passengers. I wouldn’t want my sweet grandma to be on that van!
When I got accepted into the Ride Share Program through Mountain Mobility, I scheduled some work trips with this company. The drivers I met are extremely nice! They have always been on time getting me to and from work. Sadly I was told by the owner that she was informed the company could no longer do work trips. So, if you are in the Ride Share Program, I highly recommend you use this company. You won't regret it! P.S. Gave excellent review on Yelp. Hope this company gets LOTS of business.
The driver that picked us up this morning and the manager Dennis Reed was very unprofessional on the phone talking about if you do not get in there then you just want ride. He told my daughter that he didn't care so do what you gotta do. When I get done they will not have this company because the way I was treated was discrimination and I am an black woman who's in a wheelchair. Magnet Transportation is the BEST Transportation Company I have ever rode with. I have really, really bad anxiety, but every driver that I have ever rode with has treated me with nothing but the upmost respect and kindness. They are always on time.They will always call you when they arrive to pick you. Their vehicles are always so clean. They truly care about all of their customers.
