Disrespectful treatment from the brokers of this company, booked a load recently with a broker who works for this company, they've had me on the load and made me wait almost for 5 hours for the rate con, when I tried to figure out what's going on they've asked me to move my truck with some other freight and after that just hanged up, totally disappointed in this attitude, worst way to show your professionalism was to start yelling at hang up on me. Not recommending to ever have some business with this guys.
Booked a load with Laura Coleman today. While we were working on the new carrier paperwork we noticed the load we had just booked had been reposted for a much cheaper rate. Shortly after, Laura calls and says the load had been canceled by the customer. When in reality they found someone to run it cheaper. We find this to be quite unethical from Magna Transportation & Laura Coleman. We work very hard to be on top our load boards so our people can keep moving.
