Exceptionally dishonest. They are charging twice for the same deposition because we didn't order the transcript right when the deposition took place. Two different rates. Double charged. They won't remove the extra charge despite my attempts at resolution for my clients. This is such a waste of time trying to explain to a court reporter why they can't double charge for the same deposition. Don't hire these people. Plus, their rates are outrageous.
