I have asked this company to stop emailing me on numerous occasions, yet they continue to send unwanted emails. There is no option to unsubscribe from their emails, and they do not respond when I email back asking them to remove me from their list. I have no need for their services, but if I did, I would find another company that actually respects my request.

BEWARE! DO NOT USE THEM! Defense counsel hired them to take our client's deposition. They hired a local court reporter to cover the depo. When we ordered the transcript they added several bogus charges to our invoice. When I contacted Magna, they lied to me and said that they were passing on the charges that the local court reporter charged them. I contacted the local court reporter who confirmed that the charges were bogus and that they had not charged these fees to Magna. They further told me that Magna charged me more tha... read more

This company provides very poor customer service, and absolutely no reliability. Their reporters are late and unorganized, they are late with hard deadlines for transcripts, and cannot even finish a job in their own timelines. Additionally, they do not take responsibility for their awful and unreliable service, and would rather have an assistant fired than take responsibility for their lack of professionalism.
