When we ordered the transcript they added several bogus charges to our invoice. When I contacted Magna, they lied to me and said that they were passing on the charges that the local court reporter charged them. This company provides very poor customer service, and absolutely no reliability. Their reporters are late and unorganized, they are late with hard deadlines for transcripts, and cannot even finish a job in their own timelines. Additionally, they do not take responsibility for their awful and unreliable service, and would rather have an assistant fired than take responsibility for their lack of professionalism.

I have been using Magna Legal Services for many years. The only time I have not used them is because a client has a contract with another company, but other than that, Magna is my go to court reporting company. I use Magna Legal Services for trials, depositions, translation services, videography and now, due to the COVID Pandemic, I also use their virtual services.
