Disappointing Service and Unprofessional I have had multiple issues with Magna’s deposition services, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Unreliable Service: On the day of the deposition, there was no court reporter present, and I had to contact Magna to find out where they were. This delayed the deposition by over 30 minutes. Additionally, my requests for a Zoom link and for all participants to be added to the calendar invite were ignored. Just horrible.
Just horrible.
They seemed to be polite and professional but due to my lack of experience I am surprised that I am 23 days out from depo and still waiting on transcript.
I use Magna for multiple services & I am always impressed! We had multiple depositions scheduled and needed several interpreters of different languages for our witnesses, and of course, on short notice, Magna came through with flying colors. They were flexible and able to also handle the many schedule changes as well.
