My friend has been working at Magna House for about eight months. She only misses when she is sick which is rare. My friend, and another worker were informed they had a chance at administrative assistant and/or administrator. This other worker has verbally abused a resident without punishment. New Current employee here. There is a whole new staff and administration as of August. Resident surveys were done by me and they are satisfied with their level of care. I guess alot has changed since I started.
