Terrible staff that lies to you and tells you ok to do hearing by phone multiple times . You even call 4 times on date of hearing and told ok to do phone hearing and then was told couldn’t do phone hearing after fact. Borders on unethical behavior.
Her staff is very unprofessional snd unethical . They advised us we could attend hearing by phone . I called multiple times and was told judge woujd call back. Then I find out that she ruled without our inpiut. Also doesn’t seem to know law . The case was filed in wrong venue and she didn’t even know that
I don’t know when they close but it’s not at 4pm. I received my mail late and found a summons. Rushed to get here. No cars in the parking lot 15 minutes before 4pm. Hope they still accept it on Monday. Last time I was here the staff was pleasant but that was years ago so it may have changed a lot since then.
Terrible Judge please please do not vote for her come reelection! Father passed away and we’re unable to show for hearing for ticket and she would not rebook and made us pay the ticket! Another thing is we were sent someone else’s ticket with their private HIPAA information including their name, address, dob, plate number and more! Get her out!!!!!
