Raya was really kind, very helpful and patient. She helps you and it was a really fun family experience. She was generous with her time and showed us her other art work - water colours, and felt work. Her mum was also an inspiring artist and it was great to meet her and see her work too. Fantastic day "wool painting"! I had no idea what this entailed! Thankfully no painting or knitting!!! Thanks to Raya for her patience and knowledge. Have just finished the Introduction to Portraits course online. I can say that Raya is a truly inspirational tutor! - she encourages you all the way and is also good making constructive comments to improve your drawing. The course also gave me a lot of new experiences using charcoal, chalk pastels, pencils & crayons.
