I had the worst massage of my life here Thursday night. Apart from being charged an extra $10 for Tiger balm and oil (which they did not use) the massage itself was pointless. I clearly communicated several times I only wanted head, neck, shoulder as I had a headache and neck ache. My wife has been a regular here and usually has a great experience, but today was completely different. She was assigned a masseuse with a terrible attitude, who applied tiger balm all over her upperbody — including her hair — without asking if it was ok. It wasn’t even a proper massage, more like a light rub down, wiped down with a tissue and then she just walked out of the room.
