Not the best experience, the towels smells so bad, legit so loud outside when I was doing my massage, and the person massaging me shaking me constantly during massage, she’s honestly not massaging she’s just pushing and punching and shaking at the same time. I told her to be gentle and slowdown but she keeps doing it and my body hurts so bad after. I got the full body and reflexology. Honestly such a waste of money. I’m not coming back.

I went in for a foot reflexology and Jenny was amazing!
Do not go to this place. The guy mentioned in the previous comment with an earphone still works here. He basically just slaps your feet and there is no reflexology done. I have very small feet but he spent has of the time rubbing “sweat” off his brow, which also felt unsanitary. At times he appeared to fall asleep. Didn’t seem to be intune with the fact that a reflexology massage was what was expected. The 40 minutes was more like 30.
I’ve been here around ten times, and while I normally enjoy my visits, today’s experience was very disappointing. I wasn’t asked about my preferred pressure or focus areas at reception, and even though I told the therapist to concentrate on my lower back and glutes, she didn’t focus on those areas. The massage was extremely light with almost no pressure, and it seemed like the therapist was struggling or not confident with full-body massage.
