Unfortunately this place has lost its quality by more than 50% or even more. There were a couple of great professional practitioners a few years back but no more. Now they simply do not provide any value for money . Language is a big problem too.
First time getting a massage in years & the team was absolutely lovely. Deep tissue from David was catered to my exact needs. Will definitely become a regular here
Jasmin is amazing. I have had frozen shoulder problems for more than a year, and she has helped me more than anyone else. Her massage and treatment have made a real difference, and I’m finally feeling improvement. I’m very happy I found her and highly recommend her.
I’ve been here twice for full body massages and both times were disappointing. Getting two stars simply because the first masseuse lady was good. I would NOT recommend. On my second visit the masseuse massaged me mostly with one hand. I genuinely thought she was a one arm lady for the first 15minutes of my massage until I noticed that she was on her mobile with the other hand. The lady behind the counter is extremely rude, I have been a long time customer and got treated with such disrespect the other day. She has no idea about customer service. I will never go to this shop ever again, learn to respect your customers and not treat them like a number. Minus 10 for customer service 👎🏾
