The ambiance was pleasant and smelled nice initially, although during my visit some customers came in who appeared not to have showered and were talking loudly, which unfortunately affected the relaxing atmosphere. We regularly come here at Magic Touch Massage in Mt Carmel Box Hill recently and overall had a good experience. I have been visiting this place as my ortho had suggested massage treatment plan. Jenni gave me the first massage and she was so proffessional that i stuck to her throughout my therapy plan. Jenny has magic in her fingers she always fixes me. Even after my therapy was over i visit for general massage and i always ask for Jenni. Jenni always sends me back releving all my pain. I had a massage here, 6 Jan 2026, and while there were some positives, overall the experience wasn’t what I hoped for. The massage itself was good, and the staff were friendly. The salon had a pleasant vibe—clean, calm, and with relaxing music. However, several issues affected the overall experience.
