Working with Dan at Magic Pachinko Restorations is a true pleasure! I was heading to the grocery store one hot Florida morning when I saw someone discarding a pachinko machine on the side of the road with a sign on it that read "FREE." I decided that I would like to get it, and the person putting it out on the corner like an abandoned piece of junk told me it works but his wife made him get rid of it. Dan called me within minutes of sending him pictures of my Pachinko machine and proceeded to explain in depth how it works. He walked me through troubleshooting it and explained why balls were jamming. What a pleasant experience!! Thanks Dan for everything you do.

Dan is amazing! He is so patient and helpful. He took time from his personal day to go over the problem that we were having with our Daiichi Pachinko game step-by-step to correct the issues we were having.
