I'm new to Pachinko machines and contacted Dan for some help. Wow - he was GREAT! So patient, understanding and kind. He went out of his way to help me and made the time to make sure I was understanding everything. He is a wonderful teacher who explains things clearly and in a manner that novices like me really and truly appreciate. On top of all this, he is just a wonderful and very special person. Thanks to his kindness, I'm now hooked on Pachinko machines! Dan is the BEST!!!
