Amazingly friendly staff, very knowledgeable, couldn't ask for an easier shopping experience
The staff was very helpful, inviting and informative, and I absolutely love the stuff in the store, the smudge kits and manifestation kit, candles, lots of fun gifts beyond all the wonderful things she would expect
My birthday was 5 days ago and I forgot my license expired. No big deal. Instead of the lady saying something like “I’m sorry, but since your license is expired, by law, I cannot serve you and you have to please leave the store”. Instead, she is rude and only says “your license is expired. You need to leave the store right now.” Okay, thanks for making it embarrassing. My husband had a valid ID and could have shopped while I left the store. I will not return and I will strongly urge people to go elsewhere. Go to Sweetspot.
