Don’t allow someone to get naked and prepped for their massage, only to minutes later to say that you don’t have time/scheduled another appointment. Terrible customer service and embarrassing. Take your business elsewhere.
I have been going to magic foot massage for the past two years but this weekends visit was extremely upsetting! First of all we went in on Saturday afternoon and we were sent away because they said we didn’t have an appointment. In the past an appointment has never been necessary, but that was fine however, I thought it was rude that they didn’t try to appoint us at that time and we were just turned away rudely We called to schedule two appts for Monday and the girl on the phone just said ok, 12:00 and hung up.
