I wanted to leave a review because I came in with pretty low expectations after seeing the 3.4-star rating. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The massage was really good, the heated blankets were a nice touch, the music was relaxing, and the overall experience was great. I think the current rating doesn’t reflect the service I received, so I’m happy to give them 5 stars and help balance things out. I’d definitely return.
Average massage, nothing to complain about, could've been better but 100% worth what you are paying for.
This is my 2nd time here 1/18. My first time was wonderful. This time my 45 min massage started 10 mins late and ended early and the massue left in the middle for 3 mins, very disruptive to a relaxation massage. I also scheduled an ion detox after, which I would have cancelled if I hadn't already paid. Which as I sat in the lobby observed I was the only one required to pay before receiving my services (this didn't happen the first time either).
