This is my 2nd time here 1/18. My first time was wonderful. This time my 45 min massage started 10 mins late and ended early and the massue left in the middle for 3 mins, very disruptive to a relaxation massage. I also scheduled an ion detox after, which I would have cancelled if I hadn't already paid. Which as I sat in the lobby observed I was the only one required to pay before receiving my services (this didn't happen the first time either). I normally have a good experience here, however not today. Unfortunately my normally massage lady is away so I went here as I was quite sore. They cut my massage short 20 minutes, barely any pressure, I could hardly feel it majority of the time, just enough to rub in oil. Very disappointed in it. I understand for a walk in not to expect much, but for the prices they charge i definitely would have expected more.
I've been here a couple of times mainly due to location. But sometimes the places is disorganised and chaotic. They have outdated system of leaving a book there to self book appointments as hard to find staff around. Once I found a reasonable staff I kept trying to see them. And booked specifically for that person,but instead another person took over, and they were rude when I wanted to use HICAPS with my health insurance. Mei is fantastic! Very experienced, gentle with a strong touch, she gave me a wonderful massage. I will be back!
Would avoid if possible. Paid $120 for a deep tissue massage. What i received was not a real massage, i had finger nails digging into my skin most of the time, and tiny little fingers trying to massage. This girl is not properly trained, random elbow digging into my back, nothing felt normal about the massage. Therapist have a standard way of massaging and let me assure you this is no massage therapist. Definitely not the hands for the massage profession.
