I paid for a 1 hour massage, but the therapist stopped after 30 minutes and offered to refund half the money. She seemed rushed and unprofessional, like she just wanted to get rid of me. Not worth it
Worst massage I’ve ever had. First time I went there the lady kept doing the same movements over and over again she had no clue how to massage. Gave them one more chance today and walked out after 10mins. I had a young boy massage and he clearly is not a massage therapist no pressure or a sea how to massage it was absolutely shocking. Waste of time. Very disappointed wanted to feel nice and relaxed for Mother’s Day but left super pissed off. This place is a total joke!!!!
I had the one-hour cream massage with Linda, which was very enjoyable and relaxing. She finished off with a very nice facial massage. As mentioned in other reviews, the only negative about this place is that the cubicles are only curtained off, so there is a lot of noise coming from outside and other cubicles, often the staff talking to each other. But don't let that put you off, the massage is very good.
I had one of the best massages today with Penny. She really fixed my wry neck which had been bothering me for weeks! She patiently kneaded all the knots out and now I can turn my head! Thank you Penny!!! You’re amazing. Addit: 2/3/25: another amazing remedial massage by Grace. She really helped free up the knots in my neck, shoulders and upper back. I really enjoyed it and feel so much better after it. Very skillful.
