Maggies is always late,the speed by and then report no shows, 40%of the drivers are rude, they have no respect. I have experience drivers on phone / watching slides

I have no words to describe how angry and broken I am!!!! Last week they showed up a 44 minutes late,well, still they came. Today, I have a surgery,oh was supposed to have. Nobody bothered to call or send a message that they are on the way. Well,they were late,moreover, somebody called saying the driver is there. I was ready,it took 2-3 minutes for me to get outside, I walk very slow, with a walker. Nobody was there!!!! When I finally got through the line ,a very rude voice informed me The driver is gone! Great service. Yet people think we're their private lift or uber 😄. Respect the driver and be happy when you see them, be calm and not act all bossy 😉😃 Plan ahead as this is a shared ride service, as usual there is traffic, construction, accidents, and others on the road. Check on the app if bus is close to your pick up location and be ready at the door. ID and fare ready before boarding.
