My wife and I have been working with Nick Maggard and Maggard Elder Law for a long time. I can honestly say that Nick is extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough. I viewed an informative Estate Planning webinar by Nick and was comfortable with the explanation. I decided to pursue updating my elderly mother's estate documents to minimize the eventual effort associated with settling her estate. Nick's firm provided all estate documents including the preparation of a trust for Mom's residence in an effort to avoid probate. Mom's death occurred a year and half later.
