I waited 4 years to get my products. Finally a few pieces came. I disliked them from the start. Now after several months, I still dislike them. It is hard to get things to work on the charges, and when they do finally start charging, it stops working or charges so slowly I finally resort to the old fashioned way—with a cable. This is a scam, everybody who got suckered on this should file a formal complaint with the United States Federal Trade Commission FTC and/or the United States Securities and Exchange Commission SEC to shut them down to prevent further fraudulent activity.

Unfortunately, like everyone else I was hoodwinked by Magfast. Was PROMISED that my charger would arrive with the batch for the month of April. Well, today it's May and still no charger. Maybe they mean't April of 2024 or 2025!

I gave this company $400 back on 10/30/2021 and have received nothing but emails to join live streams, and excuses as to why I don't have the products I ordered. Their products might be fantastic, but their delivery of those products is abysmal. I demanded a refund today 01/10/2023, to which they said 5-10 days. If that's anything like their products, I will get my money back sometime in late 2024, or maybe never. God speed.

I have been waiting for 3 years for this item and nothing. Emails have been sent with them offering me an additional item for free for my inconvenience. Not counting on that either. I get updates ago the time with one reason or another on delays. This is a scam!

I have been getting email and text from ******* for four years. The company does not seem to have an actual product, They have pictures of a product and they sell stock to suckers. It is my opinion that if-there is an actual great product Magfast is about to lose their exclusive copyright (if there is one) within a calendar year, SCAM!!!!

I've been involved with MagFast since 2019, and I can say that their customer outreach since then has been exemplary. All my questions were responded to very quickly, something I have not experienced with the several other startups I have been involved with. Some negative reviews here on bbb.org have to do with slow or so far nonexistent product delivery. MagFast is preparing to launch (and in some cases already has launched) high end charging products. I'm seriously beginning to doubt the truthful ness of this company, I've been waiting for more than 3 years, & at this point I believe they have totally forgotten my order & all that remains is my email in their data base, to which they keep sending videos after videos, but nothing solid as to when I would be receiving anything, there was some bi us special gift I was to receive to date NOTHING. & This constant reference about contacting customer care is nonsense, I've done that several time with ZERO (0) reply. Thieves! Scam!! They took my money over 2 years ago after a "live" video invitation. Still no products and they have the nerve to send me advertisements of how they are still building a wall charger!!!
