I have not yet received my refund of $106.86,for a return that was delivered to Magellan's via UPS in Aurora on September 2, 2014. I have tried to telephoned Magellans, seven times, but each time, there is a disconnect after 20 rings. On October 6, 2014, I was lucky enough to talk with O----. who checked the UPS tracking number and said I would be receiving a check as the UPS tracking number said Magellans did receive the merchandise..
