Horrible experience. Did a small family photo shoot, which went great, but it's been 3 months now and I still don't have all of our pictures back. I have been blown off, Jen completely stopped responding via Instagram so I had to use the phone # off her website, and have routinely been ignored in texts also. I have had to file a complaint just to see if i can either get my remaining images or a partial refund. Great photos. Unfortunately, we had a horrible experience. We literally didn't hear from her or see a single photo for 6 MONTHS after our wedding. We had multiple communication issues leading up to our day and the contract states it is an extra $250 for any sneak peak photos. Would not recommend, but our photos did turn out nice... once we finally got them back.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE photographer! I've done an engagement shoot as well as a styled wedding shoot, and she was amazing to work with both times! She made both shoots so much fun and comfortable. All the photos I've seen have been absolutely stunning, and Jen has such an eye for beauty. I highly recommend Magdalene Photography for all photo needs.
