Very disapointed. I had an appointment today at 11am, i arrrived 10mins early rang the bell and no answer. I called the phone number no answer, i waited 30mins in the parkinglot while calling again to see maybe shes running late, nothing. I even asked the store next to her if they might know and the lady said her car is not here. I asked off from work today to make it to make it to this appointment. Still no call back an hour later. Not very professional.
