I have been a customer of Vidéotron since 2003. I received a letter from Vidéotron to come for some updates. I showed the letter for Jonathan, un agent de ventes, as I asked his name. He asked one ID. I showed him my Medicare Québec card. After checking something he asked two. When I asked a help to explain about the letter he didn't want to talk at all.
