Je n'ai jamais eu un conseillé clientèle aussi désagréable. Tout ce qu'il m'a conseillé, c'est d'appeler le service clientèle pour avoir des renseignements alors qu'il pouvait le les fournir. Vraiment je ne recommande pas ce magasin.

I have been a customer of Vidéotron since 2003. I received a letter from Vidéotron to come for some updates. I showed the letter for J. un agent de ventes, as I asked his name. He asked one ID. I showed him my Medicare Québec card. After checking something he asked two. When I asked a help to explain about the letter he didn't want to talk at all. Just he went out from the boutique.
