We don't come often but each time we receive excellent service even when they are understaffed. You just have to wait and be nice. François gave us OUTSTANDING service while also helping his in training coworker!

I have been a customer of Vidéotron since 2003. I received a letter from Vidéotron to come for some updates. I showed the letter for Jonathan, un agent de ventes, as I asked his name. He asked one ID. I showed him my Medicare Québec card. After checking something he asked two. When I asked a help to explain about the letter he didn't want to talk at all. Bad and unaccommodating staff. Price gouging when I tried to renew my phone. I dropped them immediately for a faster and cheaper virgin mobile phone and Internet. When I tried to return the phone as part of the program they tried to charge me 300$ because of a scratch that was not even visible. Smaller than half a millimeter, did not affect the functionality of the phone at all. Went here with my 88 year old grandmother to get a new phone as her was outdated. Jensen was very kind, understanding, knowledgeable and patient. We were set up in no time, no hassle and everything worked out great. A1 Service, thanks again Jensen!
