Bad and unaccommodating staff. Price gouging when I tried to renew my phone. I dropped them immediately for a faster and cheaper virgin mobile phone and Internet. When I tried to return the phone as part of the program they tried to charge me 300$ because of a scratch that was not even visible. Smaller than half a millimeter, did not affect the functionality of the phone at all. Went here with my 88 year old grandmother to get a new phone as her was outdated. Jensen was very kind, understanding, knowledgeable and patient. We were set up in no time, no hassle and everything worked out great. A1 Service, thanks again Jensen!
