This guy Jaime is an arrogant idiot when he makes a mistake he does not admit he was wrong and does not take on the responsibility to fix it I called representing a family member requested an extension gave him all the exact information he needed and this idiot puts an extension on somebody else with the same name that's the reason I gave him the social security number in the first place to identify the person that needed the extension just in case somebody might have the same name because there might be more than one person... read more
