I had a horrible experience with HR where I was charged almost 500 dollars and they didn’t solve anything! So I started looking for another service, and after reading the reviews, I decided to contact Miguel. It has been an extraordinary experience. Very professional, always willing to help, explain, and attentive to any issues. He really knows what he’s doing, so I strongly recommend that if you are in VA, just book with him. I did for the past two years, and I’m planning to do it again this year!

I used MAG Tax Service to correct three years of income tax returns (2020-2022). It was a complex tax situation involving multiple state returns that had been completed by another tax professional. Bottom line - MAG walked me through his recommended approach and we worked through each tax year until I received my expected refunds plus interest! Quality of service went down significantly, potentially causing errors with IRS: Miguel had been preparing me my taxes for a few years, but but recently it feels that he's been overbooking himself with clients and the quality of his service has gone down significantly: delays in preparing, delays in responsiveness, etc. This year, he charge me almost $1000 to prepare my taxes (substantial amount, for which I expect quality service).
