Quality of service went down significantly, potentially causing errors with IRS: Miguel had been preparing me my taxes for a few years, but but recently it feels that he's been overbooking himself with clients and the quality of his service has gone down significantly: delays in preparing, delays in responsiveness, etc. This year, he charge me almost $1000 to prepare my taxes (substantial amount, for which I expect quality service).
