My husband and I had the opportunity to work with David Goldsmith to purchase our forever home. Our realtor (Jeremy McDonough) referred us to him. David was so efficient and organized! He explained everything in detail and made the process easy to follow and understand. From pre-approval to closing was approximately 30 days, we even had the option to move the closing date up by 11 days!

If I could describe someone with incredible attention to detail, unwavering consistency, and true respect of time, it would be David Goldsmith. Securing a house under my circumstances was no easy feat. Yet, despite every roadblock we faced David never quit and never considered giving up as an option.
