If I could describe someone with incredible attention to detail, unwavering consistency, and true respect of time, it would be David Goldsmith. Securing a house under my circumstances was no easy feat. Yet, despite every roadblock we faced David never quit and never considered giving up as an option. Hats off to him for his dedication and support! Closing on my birthday week and moving in my house on my birthday was the best gift ever. To God be the glory! This was a December to remember 2024. David Goldsmith at Madyn is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I truly had doubts about being a homeowner, never thought I could be one. David literally hand walked me through the homebuying process step by step and made it all seem so easy. David Goldsmith is the absolute best! He diligently worked with me and my family and made us feel confident that any small issues would be resolved. His professionalism and knowledge is Class A+.
