Very bad experience with this law firm. I went to this law firm to consult for I-131 application. This first attorney gave me a call last Friday and we talked for about 10 minutes. She told me that people cannot travel outside U.S. while I-485 is pending, otherwise the I-485 application would have been deemed as abandoned. I told her while this is correct for most people, it is not true for H1B visa holders according to USCIS website - it is clearly written on USCIS website.
