The charging port on my Note 20 no longer held grip to its male counterpart. It charged just fine, but the USB-C charging cable would constantly fall out. My "top tier" Device Protection+ Ultimate insurance coverage required I pay over $100 as a "service fee" for the fix! What the heck have I been paying $15/mo for?! Thanks to Edwin, my cell phone is no longer held together by two rubber bands! The back cover had come undone, and he was able to fix it within an hour. I'm grateful for his quick and professional work and glad he's nearby!
